We use a method of teaching which draws upon an understanding of anatomy, physiology, and motor control. This method integrates sports medicine and movement science to create an investigative approach for solving movement dysfunction.
Our method of training requires an understanding of every client's unique movement patterns and learning styles. Roman Pilates training emphasizes realigning the body by stretching and strengthening the muscles to improve flexibility and balance. It works to improve the use of postural muscles to provide greater support and ease of movement. We focus on designing an exercise program that improves ones posture, strength and overall Functional Movement. |
