Cara worked as a corporate solicitor for a number of years prior to studying the Pilates method and embarking on a career change.
Cara now teaches mat and studio Pilates and is also a qualified personal trainer. Cara combines these skills to deliver Pilates workouts to all levels of clients which are designed to engage deep core muscles, tone large muscle groups and improve fitness levels in a caring and supportive environment.
Cara works with closely with clients to help set realistic goals including weight loss, rehabilitation, injury prevention, mobility improvements, increasing flexibility and improving fitness levels. In cases of injury and rehabilitation, Cara works in combination with other allied health professionals delivering a holistic outcome for the client. |
