Caryn Steiner is a qualified Studio Pilates Instructor and Mentor for the Polestar Pilates internationally recognized program. She has been teaching Pilates since 2004.
Caryn has extensively trained with numerous organizations and has her focus on injury rehabilitation and Pilates for athletes and sports people.
Caryn also teaches in a physiotherapy practice and corporate mat Pilates classes. She loves Pilates because "it develops the body uniformly, corrects posture and alignment issues and makes a person incredibly strong." |
