Eitan is a qualified personal trainer, who used to work for Roman Pilates as
pilates Instructor and outdoor guide with a great passion for the human
body, health and fitness. He has a long sporting background in soccer,
Thai boxing and outdoor sports such as rock climbing, cross-country
skiing, hiking and kayaking.
It was only when he started his own Pilates
training, with Roman Pilates, that Eitan improved key muscular
imbalances by strengthening the important and often neglected muscles
that it addresses so well. Blending pilates with traditional fitness
training, Roman Pilates’ three-dimensional, functional training
approach attracted Eitan to teach in Tom’s studios. Using this method,
training is never boring and always mentally and physically
challenging.
Eitan loves the fact that his workouts don’t have to be just about
Pilates, but a specialist system incorporating various other training
methods to improve functional strength, fitness, posture and tone.
Eitan is currently studying a degree in
Physiotherapy. His growing knowledge and understanding of the human
body, combined with the his practical and hands-on training, gives him
a great set of tools to train people of all ages and needs.
