Joel has been interested in physical
maintenance and well being for many years. Before he was a pilates
instructor, Joel was an avid devotee. He sees the pilates' emphasis on
form to stabilise, while strengthening and lengthening, muscles as
perfect for retraining the body to work as effectively as possible, and
making you look good, too.
Joel completed his Cert III in Group Fitness
instruction, his Cert IV in Pilates Studio Instruction and a Cert IV in
Personal Training. He now develops exercises specifically relevant to
his clients' needs to help their bodies reach their potential.
