Kate Ellis-Jones has built a ten-year career in the fitness industry across two Australian states, from some of Melbourne’s premier locations to Sydney and her own multi-discipline fitness enterprise, Fitness Art.
Kate has always been passionate about health and fitness. She is not only focused when it comes to helping others achieve their goals, but practices what she preaches. Kate has practiced sport at a competitive level, including professional horse riding, triathlons, biathlons and running events. She regularly heads out of town to go hiking and surfing and you’ll see her in the top 10% of Sydney’s major long distance running races. This experience gives her a keen understanding of the needs of sportspeople looking for more intensive training regimes.
Kate prides herself on the selection and variety of her exercise prescription. Her clients enjoy their workouts and achieve the personal goals they set themselves. Kate’s approach to fitness has evolved with her understanding of the body; she applies knowledge gained while working with a diverse range of clients.
