Lior has a background of five years experience in training special units in the military, as well as a Diploma of Fitness. Working in the military, he soon realised that to make a soldier safe on the battlefield, he needed to promote mental adjustment as well as strength or cardio-vascular excellence.
Learning to help recruits adjust to the extreme mental and physical challenges of moving out of civilian life, Lior became interested in how to motivate people to achieve their goals, no matter how varied their attitudes or abilities. Today, he continues to practice the skill of unlocking the potential in each and every client, targeting problem areas and building improved confidence, so each one finds new commitment to reach their personal goals.
Lior specialises in high intensity training programs, boot camps, and circuit, but he also enjoys working with people who want to begin their journey to a sounder level of fitness, after injury or from the most basic fitness levels. Using his comprehensive knowledge, based on his fitness studies as well as military training, Lior adapts training techniques to both individual needs and small groups, guaranteeing real results for real people.
Lior practices functional movement training based on Pilates and RIP 60/ DRX, working to balance and strengthen bodies to live life to the fullest, one step at a time. He also specialises in Prehab and Rehab, teaching clients pain management; increased range of motion and mobility; improved self-confidence, and growing a belief in physical capabilities.
