Naomi has spent most of her life working in sports training and human
movement. Like most athletes, a knee injury drew her into Pilates,
where she discovered how it helps protect against injury but, more
importantly, enhances your performance.
An internationally certified pilates instructor, Naomi has a
Certificate IV in personal training. She continues to integrate pilates
methods into improving her own sports performance as a long distance
runner.
Naomi’s extensive background in sports training and human movement
enables her to combine the pilates into a very intensive functional
movement fitness program.
She works closely with many health care professionals where needed,
such as Osteopaths and Physiotherapists, to create personalised
programs to bring her clients back to physical fitness and peak
performance.
