What is Suspension Training?

No muscle in your body works in isolation. Unlike traditional weight training, which focuses on one muscle group at a time, the Rip 60 works the body as a whole and allows you to train in a more practical way that’s relevant to the moves you make everyday.The benefits to you of the Rip60 are:

         Increased strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability – you use your body weight to do complex movement patterns

         Better hip, shoulder and spine stabilization – it teaches you better movement patterns so it’s great for rehabilitation

         Integrated training – combining cardio and strength training in one workout
