Roman Pilates creates an environment where you feel comfortable training and learning new skills. Whatever your preferred training style, we have a format to suit.
Private sessions
Private training sessions, as one-on-one or two-on-one, provide the best opportunity for you to achieve results safely and more efficiently. If you’re new to pilates, we recommend a private session so we can better understand your needs and you can get up to speed and feel comfortable with the movements required.
Once you’ve had a few private lessons, we thoroughly recommend partner training as a fun and efficient means of working out.
Group classes
We offer a limited number of small group classes. These are progressive, building on the skills and exercises from the last class, and are run over five weeks @$125. They’re a great introduction to pilates if you’re new.
Our 4-person limit per class allows:
- You to achieve better results
- Instructors to give direct feedback to you – so you get the most out of each session
- Us to maintain our high safety standards – we guide you safely through each move
Form your own class
Our current group timetable is below. We add new classes as needed and you can even get a group of friends together to start a new class at a time that suits you.
