TRX Suspention Training  

What is TRX Suspension Training?

No muscle in your body works in isolation. Unlike traditional weight training, which focuses on one muscle group at a time, the TRX works the body as a whole and allows you to train in a more practical way that’s relevant to the moves you make everyday.


The benefits to you of the TRX are:

  • Increased strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability – you use your body weight to do complex movement patterns

  • Better hip, shoulder and spine stabilization – it teaches you better movement patterns so it’s great for rehabilitation

  • Integrated training – combining cardio and strength training in one workout

Our small group TRX classes (maximum 4 people) are great complements to private sessions.
